Requesting Help
Limited support is provided to 3rd parties working with Atlas customers, free of charge. This support covers errors in the Atlas API as well as issues with making requests to the Atlas authorization or resource servers.
To request help, please send an email to apisupport@memberclicks.com with the following information:
- Atlas Customer Name: the Atlas customer you're working with
- Your Name: your organization's name
- Your Client ID: the Atlas Client ID from your API credentials
- Problem Description: an explanation of the issue you're requesting help with
API help requests will be addressed in the order in which they are received. If you do not receive a response to your request within 24 hours, please contact Atlas Support.
